Chantelle first tried yoga to help with the postpartum depression she
developed after the birth of her twins. She was instantly hooked by the
invigorating energy it offered her and the way it brought her out of this
depression. Wanting to better understand its healing power, she
enrolled in teacher training and earned her 200HR certification from
Core Power Yoga in 2011.
Still having questions and wanting to delve deeper into the history and philosophy of
yoga, she completed her 340HR Teacher Training and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training
with Devanadi Yoga in 2013.
She is now a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and is working toward certification.
In the summer of 2015 she trained at the Ayurvedic Institute with Vasant Lad, a world-
renowned Ayurvedic Physician from India with more than 40 years of Indian medicine
clinical experience. She has also trained with Para Yoga Teacher Rod Stryker and Indu
