I have been attending yoga classes with Marnie for a short period of time. At the outset, I wanted to explore yoga linked with meditation. I also specified that I could not stand without padding for my feet. And I also shared that I was doing pelvic floor exercises to address a problem with frequent urination. Marnie picked up on each of these issues and suggested we work on my feet together and that I consider an upcoming class on strengthening the pelvic floor. I have followed through on Marnie's suggestions and have been very pleased with the outcomes.
